BMG provides the leadership and structure to bring together diverse
teams of experienced consultants from a wide variety of backgrounds
. Our consultants are committed to the values of
social responsibility and chose to grow their individual consulting
practices in an environment that will respect their autonomy and one in
which they benefit from the support and synergies of working with other
individuals who share similar values and ideas.
Each consultant has complete autonomy to create their practice but have
the benefit and synergy that comes from working together with other
individuals who share similar values and ideas.
BMG strives to create opportunities and growth for their practices by
connecting with other like-minded consultants, businesses, and entrepreneurs
to work collaboratively, sharing ideas and information.
Why
it works
By creating a practice within
this model, the potential exists for consultants to get involved in
a wide variety of projects and initiatives that may not otherwise have
been available. As an organizational structure, BMG does not offer direct
service. Other than its Directors, all client services are offered through
independent consultants who have chosen to work as a member of BMG,
or other consultants who may be brought on from time to time to complete
a project team.
How we grow
The wide range of services offered through BMG reflects the talent pool
of highly qualified professionals who have chosen to work as a member
of BMG. We will continue to create opportunities for future growth by
attracting creative and experienced consultants to our team. Through
our people, we will continue to provide the expert services that make
