Meena is a management graduate from the University of Rochester specializing in Marketing and Finance. Her early consulting career was in Hospital Marketing Research with Gordon S Black (now Harris Interactive) in Rochester. As a management consultant with over 22 years of international consulting experience she worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers, co founded BRISC Management Group, and later was a part of the core team of Barnes Kinnear Associates. She has consulted to over 75 organizations – with many repeat engagements.

Her experience in the not for profit sector, includes developing Strategic Plans, Capacity Planning, Environmental Scanning, Development of Models, People Assessment and Development, Marketing Initiatives (including design collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data). She lead the introduction of Assessment Development Centers into the not for profit sector as a strategic HR initiative. Her clients include work for Parkinson Society Canada, Our Place Peel, Children's Aid Societies, Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Kinark Family Services, USAID, YSSN .

Some of Meena's major areas of work have been in : Strategy Development and Implementation (Business and Marketing), Change Management, Business Transformation and Human Resource Development, Business Environment Scanning, Marketing Analysis, Business Process Improvement.
