Vijay has over 28 years of consulting experience heading the management consulting services of Price Waterhouse, Bombay India, and later as a co-founder and Director with BRISC Management Group and co- founder and partner with Barnes Kinnear Associates.

Combining business process and behavioral expertise he has consulted with over 70 transnational corporations and not for profit agencies to facilitate change. A graduate in Economics and a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), AICPA (International Affiliate), some of Vijay’s key competencies are in:

His work in the not for profit sector includes clients assignments for the OACAS, Ministry of Children and Youth Services, YSSN, Deslisle Youth Services, Our Place Peel, Childrens Aid Societies (at Brockville, London, Lanark, Windsor, Thunderbay and York), Kinark Family and Childrens Services ( review of the Autism program), Catholic Relief Services, USAID, ISNC.
