 David Barnes brings more than 25 years of experience providing leadership to organizations in the non profit sector. As a consultant, he has worked with government ministries both in Ontario and the Yukon, educational institutions, child welfare and mental health agencies as well as other non profit organizations. He is respected for leading organizations in strategic planning facilitation and process redesign work, as well as his use of Open Space Technology.
David also brings extensive experience in leadership development and executive coaching. He has helped guide his clients through major transitions, such as restructuring and systems alignment. David is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, has a masters degree in Social Work, is a qualified Myers-Briggs trainer and has a diploma in Leadership Training from the Schulich School of Business.
